1. PLATFORM ROLE DISCLAIMER

RUDHVI is a technology-enabled facilitation platform that connects users (“Devotees”) with independent Mandirs, Purohits, and Religious Service Providers (“Vendors”).

👉 RUDHVI does not itself perform, conduct, supervise, or control any religious ritual, puja, havan, yagya, tarpan, anushthan, or dosh nivaran ceremony.

All religious services are performed solely by the respective Vendor.

 

2. FAITH-BASED SERVICES DISCLAIMER

All services offered through the platform are:

• faith-based,
• belief-oriented,
• rooted in traditional and customary religious practices.

👉 Results, outcomes, or benefits of any puja or ritual are subjective and depend on individual faith, belief, and tradition.

RUDHVI does not guarantee any specific result, benefit, or outcome, including but not limited to marriage, childbirth, health, wealth, success, or problem resolution.

 

3. NO MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

Religious services offered on the platform are not a substitute for:

• medical advice,
• legal advice,
• financial advice,
• professional counseling.

Users are advised to seek appropriate professional assistance where required.

 

4. ONLINE PUJA & PROOF DISCLAIMER

For online or proxy puja services:

• the devotee may not be physically present,
• rituals are performed on behalf of the devotee by the Vendor.

Photos, videos, or other proof shared are provided by the Vendor as symbolic confirmation of performance, not as scientific or forensic evidence.

RUDHVI relies on Vendor representations and does not independently verify every ritual.

 

5. PRASAD DISCLAIMER

Where prasad delivery is included:

• prasad is prepared and dispatched by the Vendor,
• delivery may involve third-party courier services.

RUDHVI is not responsible for delays, damages, losses, or issues caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond its control.

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RUDHVI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, or belief-based claims arising from use of the platform or services booked.
• Any liability, if established, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service.

 

7. THIRD-PARTY VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY

All descriptions, claims, rituals, and services are provided by independent Vendors.

👉 Any dispute regarding ritual performance, authenticity, or conduct shall primarily lie between the devotee and the Vendor.

RUDHVI reserves the right to take appropriate action against Vendors, including removal from the platform.

 

8. USER RESPONSIBILITY

By booking a service, the user confirms that:

• they understand the nature of faith-based services,
• they are booking voluntarily,
• they are not relying on guaranteed outcomes.

 

9. MISUSE & FRAUD PREVENTION

RUDHVI maintains internal verification processes and reserves the right to:

• cancel services,
• withhold payouts,
• remove Vendors,
• cooperate with legal authorities
  in case of suspected misuse, fraud, or misrepresentation.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
