1. No Returns or Refunds
   Due to the personal, spiritual, and hygienic nature of our products (such as Evil Eye bracelets, crystals, etc.), we do not accept any returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.
   
   
2. Product Assurance
   While we do not accept returns or refunds, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged item and share a valid unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery, we will offer a one-time replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.
   
   
3. Unboxing Video Requirement
   
   For any damage or missing product claims, you must:
• Record a full unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
• Send the video to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
  
  
4. Customization Disclaimer
   Many of our products are custom-made or personalized for energy alignment. These items are non-returnable due to the care and intention involved in their preparation.
   
   
5. Order Cancellation
• Orders once placed cannot be canceled after payment is processed.
